Customer Support

We have a dedicated customer support team that you can contact between 8.30am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

We also offer an online booking system, with which you are able to book reactive and planned cleaning or maintenance jobs online any time, day or night. All bookings you make will be confirmed by a return email from customer support.

Staff allocated to your task receive all information relating to the booking direct to their PDA. Once completed, a report will be uploaded to the system. You can also track the progress of your jobs, past and present by logging into your account.
